SHIPPING

Italy

We are pleased to offer Free Italian Shipping on all orders over €99+. For orders under €99, we charge a €7,50 flat-rate for shipping using SDA or Poste Italiana. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11am (business days only) the same day.

Please note that this excludes Fridays, Weekends, National / State/ Region Public Holidays and peak periods.

Packages should be received within 3-4 working days for metro areas, and between 4-7 days for regional areas. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our farm.

If it has been more than a few days since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact us.

 

Europe

Carrier delays: shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays due to overwhelming volume. Please be patient and allow up to 7 business days for your tracking information to update once you are notified of shipment. We apologise for any inconvenience these delays may cause and thank you for your continue patience.

 

We are pleased to offer Free Europe Shipping on all orders over €149+, unless otherwise stated, using DHL/UPS/FedEx. For orders under €149, we charge depend on weights for shipping using DHL/UPS/FedEx. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11am CET/CEST (business days only) the same day.

Packages should be received within 2-5 working days for southern-central Europe, and between 4-8 days for northern-Eastern Europe. E A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our farm.

Please note that this excludes Friday’s, Weekends, National / State/ Region Public Holidays and peak periods (we are based in Puglia, Italy).

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free International Shipping on all orders over €259+ (some parts/islands are over €279), unless otherwise stated, using DHL/UPS/FedEx. For orders under €259 (or €279), we charge depend on weights for shipping using DHL/UPS/FedEx. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11am CET/CEST (business days only) the same day.

Please kindly note that 5L tins are quite heavy therefore we cannot offer Free Shipping service for this goods.

Packages should be received within 5-15 working days depends on destination. Shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our farm.

DELIVERY

The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us during business hours (8:00am – 5:00pm CET/CEST Monday – Friday)immediately.

We will attempt to update any incorrect order details.

 

Refunds and claims

Upon delivery, the Customer must check the ordercompliance and condition of the goods. Therefore, upon delivery, Torre Grande recommends you to check the condition of the goods delivered, before signing the acknowledgement of receipt, and in particular:

– The number of boxes must correspond with that indicated for the transport document accompanying the consignment.

  • Packaging must not be damaged, wet or otherwise altered, and contents must be checked for damage.

If you finds any faults, he/she must refuse delivery of products or write down his/her detailed and dated reservations. Those reservations must be declared to the carrier in a letter sent by registered mail with return receipt within 3 (three) working days following the delivery of the Products. A copy of the letter must be addressed to Torre Grande:

If the courier note is signed without attaching any “reservation,” you will not be able to make any objection about the appearance of the delivery. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 (three) days of delivery.

Torre Grande has the right, at its sole discretion, to use a courier of its choice to perform delivery of the goods ordered.

Terms and conditions of delivery details shall be agreed between the Customer and Torre Grande and accepted in writing by Torre Grande.

 

Complaints  

Claims for non-compliance of a goods delivered in the order must be sent in writing, directly to Torre Grande, immediately after receipt of said goods.

The Customer must keep the original packaging and delivery note.
